At the helm of all of the projects, Carol brings her passion for innovation and exploration to every part of the process. She is an idealist at heart and loves looking at the world from a place of 'why', ‘what if’ and ‘why not’ and constantly challenges herself to take a step back and explore changes that will truly make a difference. This is a philosophy that applies not only to her career in architecture but also to a wider context of how she sees the world and the opportunities for the betterment of humankind and the planet.

She thrives on creative problem solving, pulling apart norms and investigating creative solutions and is driven by the thought 'there has to be a better way'. She believes that creatives like herself should be part of the bigger conversation and part of the solution for making meaningful impact in our communities and beyond.
